Overview
The Behavioral Health Community Based Therapist I will be trained in the Integrative Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) model of therapy to apply with children and families.
Clinicians will receive individual supervision, group consultation and the ability to participate in "live" supervision sessions with the treatment team.
As a strength-based model, clinicians will learn to utilize individual and family strengths to support systemic health. Additionally, the clinician will be trained in other evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.Why Nationwide Children's Hospital?

Education:
Master's or doctoral degree and appropriate Ohio licensure
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Experience in family therapy, OR a willingness to learn family therapy techniques.
