    Team EMBREY is seeking a HOUSEKEEPER to support our Property Management team.

    As a HOUSEKEEPER, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, main office, recreational rooms, models, restrooms, and laundry facilities daily.
    • Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify Maintenance Supervisor of items to order.
    • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.

    Qualifications

    • One year of housekeeping experience in Property Management or a similar position
    • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
    • Valid Driver's License

    Required Testing

    • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

    Position type: hourly, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: Austin, TX; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.

    Como ASISTENTE DE LIMPIEZA, será responsable de mantener la limpieza y calidad de la propiedad limpiando las áreas asignadas y brindando un servicio al cliente excepcional.

    Responsabilidades

    • Limpiar y mantener unidades vacías para alquilar, la oficina principal, salas de recreación, modelos, baños y lavanderías diariamente.
    • Mantener inventarios de suministros de limpieza y equipo disponibles y notificar al Supervisor de Mantenimiento los artículos para ordenar.
    • Asegurarse de que los terrenos, edificios y unidades estén completamente funcionales, seguros y atractivos.

    Calificaciones

    • Un año de experiencia en limpieza en Administración de Propiedades o un puesto similar.
    • Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente, preferido.
    • Licencia de conducir válida.

    Pruebas requeridas

    • Verificación de antecedentes penales, Pruebas no DOT, MVR.

    Tipo de puesto: por hora, a tiempo completo con un salario competitivo y beneficios (incluyendo atención médica y 401k); Ubicación del puesto: Sur de Austin, TX; Reporta directamente al Supervisor de Mantenimiento.
