Rate:
$18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements:

Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Must be able to work in a fastpaced and customer serviceoriented environment

Responsibilities:

Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
Preparing vacant apartments for new resident movein
Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager

Monday - Friday

Work Hours:8:00 am - 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
