- Create and manage employee shift schedule including workstation assignments and rotations
- Coordinate production activities to ensure most efficient production processes are being completed
- Train, evaluate, and provide feedback to all workers
- Responsible for leadership and development of teams
- Monitor work flow and make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure customer demands and delivery deadlines are being met
- Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies
- Associates degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in textiles, industrial engineering, business or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years' supervisory or managerial experience in a sewing production environment
- Training in Lean Six Sigma a plus
- Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing sewing techniques, equipment, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office software
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
