The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our digital experience on Web and App, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with stakeholder to develop a clear digital product strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives
  • Create, execute and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key features and enhancements over time
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features
  • Advocate for a usercentric approach in product development, ensuring that digital products meet the needs and expectations of our target audience
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make informed recommendations to the product roadmap
  • Lead product squad ceremonies through epic and feature definition, story writing and backlog grooming
  • Effective communication of product updates, progress, and strategies to internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between various crossfunctional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Membercare, and Club Operations to gather insights and feedback for product enhancements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences
  • Manage, coach and mentor associate product managers on the team, assist in career development

Qualifications

  • 35 years of product experience, preferably focused in supporting Digital Marketing stakeholders
  • 3 years experience in delivering digital experiences through Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, with specific experience in SEO and Retail Media channels
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills leveraging data to make informed decisions
  • Proven ability to execute an endtoend product lifecycle
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships with various crossfunctional teams
  • Previous experience of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from ideation to optimization
