- 5+ years of leadership experience in mergers, acquisitions, and business development
- Knowledge of Ontario auto insurance market and related industries
- Experience in designing and executing business development strategies
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to motivate self and others
- Success in building and retaining customer bases
- Preferably experienced in third party assessment and treatment marketplaces

About the Job:
As the Director of Business Development, you will have a key role in boosting our hospital's growth, broadening its services, and forming strong partnerships to establish our organization as a top player in the healthcare sector.
