Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for the own branch in the areas of marketing, personnel, general administration, accounting, etc.
Decisionmaking in all matters of daily business operations
Material, personnel, disciplinary and professional (planning and operational) responsibility and accountability
Delegation rights
Sales to existing customers
Ensuring a positive external image towards third parties

Ensuring continuous process optimization / CIP

What you bring with you:

Completed vocational training, preferably in the logistics sector, or equivalent knowledge acquired through many years of work in the air freight industry
Commercial / business knowledge
Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and spoken
Driver's license class B / reliability check / training according to chapter
Excellent knowledge and many years of experience in the application of freight, dangerous goods and handling regulations in the air freight industry
Very good knowledge of operational processes
Good computer skills in MS Office programs Word and Excel
Ability to lead employees
Strong sense of responsibility and customeroriented behavior
Assertiveness and organizational skills, as well as high level of commitment
