Description
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a specialist construction supervisor (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the locations Duisburg, Neuss, Dortmund and Cologne.
Your responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for ensuring the proper execution of construction measures in our diverse projects in track and superstructure construction
  • You are also responsible for ensuring safe railway operations during and after construction measures
  • In addition, monitoring and checking the safety plan is part of your duties
  • You are responsible for checking and confirming the "substantive correctness" of deliveries, services and construction services
  • Finally, you participate in acceptance and commissioning processes
Your qualifications:
  • You have successfully completed a state-recognized ***** or ***** with a focus on construction technology
  • Excellent knowledge in the field of track construction and experience in implementing construction projects
  • Excellent knowledge in creating data inventory and change documents, ordering superstructure materials and disposal according to eANV, as well as in the areas of VOB and current legal regulations
  • Frequent weekend, holiday and night shift work is not a problem for you
  • You have a valid driver's license class B
