Responsibilities
As a Parts Manager, you will manage and ensure the Parts department is operating efficiently to support the dealership in delivering world-class service.
- The ideal Parts Manager achieves objectives through proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Lead the parts department as an effective supervisor, setting standards and holding the team accountable for departmental goals
- Recruit, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff
- Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
- Possess strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze dealership financial numbers while seeking opportunities for improvement
Qualifications

At least 2 years of Parts Management experience is required:
- Minimum of 3 years prior work experience in an Automotive Parts Department
- Previous Honda experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Compensation
- The estimated annual earnings for this position are $120, $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc.
- Employees in this position will receive a base salary of $6,000 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older required
