Marvis Simpson - State Farm Agency, located in Douglasville, GA, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification
Become familiar with products, services, and systems
Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Requirements:

Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (must be able to obtain)
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Good operational computing skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers)
Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Client focused
Clean background
