We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives / Administrative Employees in the Energy Industry (m/f/d) for our locations in Gera and Pößneck.

In this role, your daily tasks will include:

• Providing telephone and written customer support (inbound)
• Processing master data, invoices, complaints, and inquiries
• Product and tariff consulting
• Participating in active processing of customer requests
• Independently handling tasks in areas such as billing, market communication, device and energy data management, etc.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Completed training or experience in customer service
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7am and 8pm
• Reliability and team spirit
• PC proficiency
