    Our team is working a leading pharmaceutical company in the New Jersey area to bring on an IP Docket Specialist. The ideal candidate has a strong background and experience with Patent and Trademark Docketing in-house or in-firm.     This position has a hybrid,on-site presence, so candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage global IP docketing database to ensure portfolio accuracy
    • Prepare and track docket reports to meet deadlines
    • Interpret, handle, and docket correspondence per laws and regulations
    • Generate specialty reports as needed
    • Provide database training to team members
    • Maintain and organize files in compliance with procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in U.S. and foreign patent and trademark docketing rules
    • Familiarity an IP docketing software, CPI preferred
    • Excellent communication, organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
