    Customer Service Trainer

    3-6 month contract, chance of perm if role is needed long term

    Hybrid schedule in Irving, TX (1-2 days in office a week)

    $50k - 70k

    Addison Group has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Trainer in Irving , TX.

    Job Duties:

    • Assist in implementing/ training/ coaching/ refining the department's customer service approach
    • Some needs might include creating call scripts, helping communication style, assisting in how to write Q&A messages to franchise owners across the country, create standardize/ friendly responses with certain tickets and questions
    • Create reports within Excel to track data and trends to identify where effort is most needed
    • Work with team managers on best practices
    • and more

    Must have:

    • Strong customer service background with experience coaching and training employees
    • Experience creating, implementing, and improving processes within a customer service environment
    • Proficient in Excel
