We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team in Pawtucket, RI.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checkin/checkout
  • Guest assistance
  • Reservation processing using Oracle Hospitality Suite
  • Handling hotel correspondence in German and English
  • Creating menu cards and buffet signage
  • Maintaining booking portals and performing other reception duties

You are the perfect fit for us if...

  • You have completed a hotel management training or have previous experience in upscale hospitality / career changers are welcome
  • You have knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Suite8 and common MS Office programs
  • You are a rock in the storm even under high stress, you keep a cool head
  • You have a passion for making people happy
  • You enjoy your work and have a heart for the hospitality industry
  • Teamwork is important to you we are stronger together
  • You have a lot of energy and want to make a difference
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You like to dress professionally wellfitting work attire and a neat appearance are important to you
  • You can also engage in small talk in English
