Your tasks

Part of your practical training takes place at the Oldenburg (Oldb) training center (in cooperation with Avacon Netz GmbH). Here you will learn careful work and deal with installation technology and building automation, lighting technology, construction of power circuit distributors, control cabinets, automation, electric drives, measurement and control technology, and power electronics.

Work safety, health, and environmental protection are of great importance to us.

You actively support our daily work and learn from practice for practice.

Do you want to understand how our departments work together? No problem: You support us in the maintenance and repair of the electrical and automation technology of our offshore grid connection systems as well as the maintenance of our high-voltage cables.

Your work assignments will mostly take place in our service groups in northern Lower Saxony (we make sure that you are assigned to a location close to your home). In the second part of your training, we also plan to deploy you on our offshore converter platforms in the North Sea.

Seminars and training courses, as well as participation in required offshore training, complete your practical training.
