To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist Bonus and Contract Management (m/f/d) to join us at our European headquarters in Düsseldorf as soon as possible on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your responsibilities

  • Calculation and settlement of bonus payments to our customers
  • Formation and monitoring of bonus provisions in SAP
  • Coordination and monitoring of bonus provisions for our European customer services
  • Support in creating bonus agreements in our Salesforce tool
  • Preparation of forecasts and reports for bonuses for our customer annual meetings
  • Project management, such as the introduction of the Vistex bonus management system with subsequent rollout to our European customer services
