    Complex Litigation experience across multiple areas of practice

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

    The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in various areas of law, including Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documents, Legal Research, and Legal Writing.

    This position is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney to handle complex legal issues and contribute to our firm's success.

    Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
    Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation
    Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlements
    Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various areas of law, including civil, commercial, and family law
    Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients
    Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals on complex legal projects
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect our clients
    Comply with all legal standards and regulations
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    2+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documents, Legal Research, and Legal Writing
    Proven experience in trial litigation is a must
    Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues
    Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
    Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
