Job DescriptionWe are seeking a 2nd or 3rd year associate to join our Complex Litigation practice group in our Washington, DC office.
RequirementsExposure to bankruptcy and/or creditors' rights helpful but not required.All applicants must have strong academic credentials (top 30% of their class from a top law school), excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a team player and sound judgment.

- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist in negotiations with opposing parties.
- Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
- Utilize legal administrative experience to support the smooth operation of the law office.
Pay:
$50, $200,000.00 per year
