At Twin Lakes, WA, we are currently seeking a Building Cleaner / Cleaning Assistant (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin at the earliest possible date.

We also welcome applications from career changers with some cleaning experience.

Your responsibilities will include cleaning stairwells, basic and general cleaning, as well as special cleaning tasks. You will independently manage a cleaning route and complete it according to the performance specifications. As part of building maintenance, you will also perform light caretaker tasks such as monitoring and minor repairs.

You are familiar with using technical equipment and machines such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, or leaf blowers on a daily basis.

As a cleaning professional, you will be visible and approachable for owners and tenants on site.


Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have some experience in cleaning and some manual skills
  • You are highly reliable and have a precise and conscientious work ethic
  • You are flexible and enjoy cleaning
  • A class B driver's license is a mandatory requirement
  • You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German
