We are searching for a clever and open-minded support in recruiting to join our office in Bremen starting in January 2024.


ABOUT US

With the allure of the island and the charm of the Black Forest, design-focused concept hotels, luxurious rooftop pools, the most beautiful café, the coolest beach bar, and a traditional country inn, Brune & Company is a vibrant family business in the fields of hospitality, design, and architecture.


In the hotel management department of Brune & Company in Bremen, the management and departments of marketing, human resources, finance, controlling, and procurement support the hotels and restaurants on the island of Norderney and in the Black Forest.


The team of 20 supports colleagues in all administrative matters and assists them with tasks such as advertising, billing, property management, and recruiting.


THE TASKS

  • Support in managing and maintaining our applicant management system
  • Conducting initial job interviews
  • Participation in job fairs
  • Creative support in personnel marketing
  • Assistance in personnel administration

YOU BRING
