RESPONSIBILITIES (DAY TO DAY):


  • Independently handle telephone collections
  • Make phone calls and send written reminders, including corresponding correspondence
  • Monitor and process overdue customer claims
  • Create invoices and reminders
  • Monitor incoming payments (bank statements)
  • Manage the systemsupported followup system (Onguard)
  • Maintain customer and data records using our inhouse electronic leasing system
  • Handle general correspondence and filing

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Previous experience ideally in the field of credit management/collections
  • Experience in telephone customer service/collections
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills (Office package)
