Join the Verivox Team We are looking for you as a full-time (40h) Team Leader Sales Credit (m/f/d) with the option of mobile office at our location in Berlin.

Your Mission:

In this responsible role, you will focus on expanding our installment loan sales team in Berlin together with your team leader colleagues on site.
You lead your team of credit specialists with appropriate goals and motivate your employees (m/f/d) to achieve top performance in a partnershiporiented manner.
You serve as a sales role model for your team.
Through coaching and constructive feedback, you support individual colleagues in developing their personal potential and continuously improve team performance.
In team building, you have a good sense for recruiting suitable sales talents.
You optimize processes and always put our customers and sales employees at the center.

Your Profile:

You have completed a degree or training in a businessrelated field.
You have several years of experience in sales of complex products.
You have proven leadership experience in sales and are passionate about developing your team professionally, saleswise, and personally.
You impress with your determined appearance and high level of commitment.
A structured way of working and a strong understanding of numbers complete your profile.
