    CE currently has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative in the South Central Region office located in Carrollton, TX.

    Business Development Representative will provide support and service for both the company and its customers. It's an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for promoting sales through our website to our Customer/Dealer network. Responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts by regularly contacting customers.

    Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service with incoming customer callsSeek out new business opportunities making outbound sales calls to existing customersGrow sales/gross margin with assigned accounts/customersTrains and develops assigned customers on company technology tools which enhances commission salesUse sales and account management processes to consult with customers to increase their knowledge of our products and programsCommunicate effectively both externally and internallyOther duties assigned by managementAbout UsCarrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc.

    RequirementsEducation/Qualifications:
    Associate (2 year)

    Degree (preferred) (marketing studies helpful)Customer Service background (prefer at least 2 years' experience)High level of Customer ServiceCharismatic attitudeDesire to succeed/self-motivatedHigh sense of urgencyExcellent communication skillsAbility to follow-up and follow throughExcellent computer skills including MS Office productsKnowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plusAll full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
