    Description
    Title HR Assistant (Transactional Processing Support) Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium, Inc (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to perform Federal transactional processing services for all organizations serviced by the RTP HR SSC and provide general administrative support to the Division

    Work will include, but not limited to:

    • Code and process all applicable forms into FPPS and/or HR information systems, including, but not limited to, SF-52s (Personnel Actions), benefits forms, performance ratings, awards, and other personnel or compensation transactions.
    • The Contractor shall obtain signature approval from Agency HR SSC management and ensure the appropriate SF-50s/SF-52s (Notification of Personnel Action) or other forms are entered into employees' eOPFs,according to Agency Customer Service Standards, policies, and procedures.
    • The HR Assistant shall keep an up-to-date electronic log of all transaction business and provide periodic automated reports as requested by the Agency.
    • The HR Assistant shall respond to all inquiries from the Agency HR SSC Specialists and Management in accordance with Agency Customer Service Standards for timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
    • The Contractor shall share HR expertise as needed.

    The Human Resources Assistant position requires:

    • An associate or bachelor's degree
    • At least 1-3 years of experience in areas such as staffing, classification, HR records management or employee benefits, in addition to working knowledge of office support hardware and software and document preparation
