Job Description

We are seeking an individual to assist the Operations Director the rest of the company. You will answer phones, file documents, work with Accounting and Bookkeeping, and perform other general duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have prior administrativeexperience, must have basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge, must be proficient using Microsoft Office, must have excellent communication and organizational skills, must have a professional phone presence, and must be comfortable performing a variety of administrative duties.

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
Any candidate that has QuickBooksexperience is helpful.
