- Coordinate with all departments on planning telecommunications projects
- Direct and manage priorities and standards for routine maintenance and rehabilitation of existing telecommunications plant facilities
- Develop a team-oriented commitment to service atmosphere by being a hands-on leader, working alongside employees as needed
- Resolve customer complaints
- Assist with the preparation of annual building and operating budget
- Engage in various public relations activities in community organizations and civic projects
- Perform personnel activities for technicians
- Support the Marketing and Public Relations Department and assist in developing marketing plans
