Kickoff Media was founded over 5 years ago as an online marketing agency in Hannover.
Since then, the team has specialized in the automotive industry under the umbrella of CEDA GmbH, helping car companies to attract new employees and customers, as well as digitizing and optimizing processes.
But what would we be without motivated employees on our team?
We are looking for new team members (m/f/d) as an Assistant to the Management Team to support us in organizing and planning operations, as well as optimizing business processes.
No experience and a career changer?
No problem During our structured training, you will learn everything you need to know to perform the job. Previous experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management team in upcoming projects, as well as administrative and organizational tasks
- Scheduling, preparing, and following up on meetings for the management team
- Assisting with office management, including mail management, inventory management, and coordinating office operations
- Organizing appointments, travel, meetings, and events
- Preparing internal communication to ensure effective and transparent information distribution throughout the company
- Conducting initial interviews with applicants for our clients
- Working closely with the management team
Salary: 2,500 € per month (gross)
