Alpha Signs, a company specializing in high-quality light advertising solutions with locations in Germany, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, as well as a global network of partners, is seeking candidates for the following position in Balaton, MN.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating construction processes, including managing our own installation teams and subcontractors
  • Organizing and incorporating necessary equipment (e.g. cherry pickers, cranes)
  • Communicating with production and monitoring delivery deadlines
  • Negotiating contracts with external installation companies
  • Conducting quality control and assurance

Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and managing multiple simultaneous installation projects, preferably in a production setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Efficient and costeffective work style
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Meticulous and independent work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
