About Our IT Service Desk Analyst Position:

What an IT Service Desk Analyst Does at Resilient Health:

  • Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance
  • Advises users on appropriate course of action
  • Prioritizes and resolves IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate
  • Avoids service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
  • Prepares training manuals and FAQ materials for easyaccess enduser guidance
  • Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues
  • Documents processes and maintaining service desk records
  • Makes recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems
  • Collaborates with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met
  • Keeps informed of advancements in IT

Requirements for This Position:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT
  • Network Certification
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Extensive client/server and operating system experience with Windows Server 201
  • Strong Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices
  • Knowledge of antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security measures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Threeyear Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave.,Phoenix AZ 85021 with routine driving to other offices within Maricopa County


What This Position Pays:
Up to $28 per hour, depending on experience
