About Our IT Service Desk Analyst Position:

What an IT Service Desk Analyst Does at Resilient Health:

Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance
Advises users on appropriate course of action
Prioritizes and resolves IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate
Avoids service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
Prepares training manuals and FAQ materials for easyaccess enduser guidance
Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues
Documents processes and maintaining service desk records
Makes recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met
Keeps informed of advancements in IT

Requirements for This Position:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT
Network Certification
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
Extensive client/server and operating system experience with Windows Server 201
Strong Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices
Knowledge of antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security measures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Threeyear Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements

Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave.,Phoenix AZ 85021 with routine driving to other offices within Maricopa County

What This Position Pays:
Up to $28 per hour, depending on experience
