Description
Responsibility for managing own key accounts, building customer relationships including identifying customer needs, and generating leads. Evaluating technical requirements and feasibility in collaboration with departments and sales team. Creating offers including assumptions. Negotiating based on customer requirements and test standards. Pricing for offered services. Attending customer meetings, presenting company portfolio, and creating offers based on customer requirements and test standards.

Documenting the entire sales cycle in the company's own system, from initial customer contact to documenting customer meetings and tracking offers, including assessing the likelihood of closing deals.

Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications:

Completed training or degree in engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, mechatronics, or a comparable field, or willingness to develop as a career changer in technical sales.

Previous experience in technical feasibility analysis and offer negotiations is advantageous. Affinity for technical sales and strong customer orientation. Enthusiasm for technical services in the e-mobility sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Teamwork, structured and independent work style. Fluent in German and English.
