VISIONARY SERVICES is a young, internationally operating talent management and influencer marketing agency, specializing in promoting fashion brands through influencer talents in the fashion world. With over 25 signed content creators, VISIONARY SERVICES has quickly built a strong brand and agency network and remains at the forefront of social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok with creative concepts and implementations.

We are currently looking for a full-time employee in the field of accounting to join our young team in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

Creation and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
Preliminary examination, preaccounting and recording of payments
Preparation of payment runs for further processing in electronic payment transactions
Assistance in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Conducting account reconciliations
Participation in the preparation of sales tax returns
Process optimizations
Budget planning
Preparation of numbers, invoices and reminders
Organization of business trips (booking of transportation, accommodation, insurance, etc.)

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial or taxrelated vocational training or a corresponding degree.
First professional experience in the field of financial accounting
Independent and structured way of working as well as reliability
Analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Proficient in common MS Office and Google programs
Availability
Minimum requirement: German B2
Experience in the social media sector
