    Description

    An established asset management firm is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant to join their team The ideal candidate must be proactive and poised, with 3-5 years of experience. Experience in finance is a major plus.

    Role: Temp, Temp-Hire Administrative Assistant

    Company: Confidential | Leading Financial Services

    Location: Downtown Los Angeles | On-site 5 days a week

    Hours: 8am-4:30pm PT

    Pay Rate: $35.00/hour

    Start Date: ASAP

    Duration: Open-ended, can convert to full time

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
    • Can complete other projects, attention to detail, sharp etc.
