- Review and approve AP vouchers and contract orders
- Perform monthly and quarterly close along side with the Sr and Accounting Manager for multiple projects
- Reconcile GL, balance sheet, and income statement

Our client, a real estate management company is seeking a project accountant to help with the land development segment.
How would you like to be part of a smaller accounting department that consists of 9 individuals that represents the SE region of the USA, however it has a global presence?? You would be working closely with another project accountant and report to the regional sr.
accounting manager. The company is going through a software change, any implementation experience an addued plus.salary:

Responsibilities
Working alongside the Sr. Accounting Manager, the Project Accountant is responsible for monitoring and analyzing all areas of land development accounting including monthly financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, job costing, project budgeting, project basis and cost of sales reconciliations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
