Description
Processes customers' orders and enters into SalesPad System.

  • Handles inbound inquiry calls from prospective customers by explaining product features, product selection, price quotes, product availability and credit terms.
  • Verifies payment/shipping methods, terms and conditions, billing and shipping addresses and contact information.
  • Researches and crossreferences correct machine options and product numbers upon receiving orders.
  • Communicates with factory in regards to product information and price quotes.
  • Prepares and sends out product literature.
  • Handles complaints concerning products, billing or service rendered, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation.
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers in computer database.
  • Prepares documentations related to business transactions, as required.
  • Processes Return Authorizations.
  • Assists in pulling orders, if necessary.
  • Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
  • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
  • Reports all irregular issues and problems to supervisors for solution.

Pay:
$ $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
