Description
Processes customers' orders and enters into SalesPad System.- Handles inbound inquiry calls from prospective customers by explaining product features, product selection, price quotes, product availability and credit terms.
- Verifies payment/shipping methods, terms and conditions, billing and shipping addresses and contact information.
- Researches and crossreferences correct machine options and product numbers upon receiving orders.
- Communicates with factory in regards to product information and price quotes.
- Prepares and sends out product literature.
- Handles complaints concerning products, billing or service rendered, referring complaints to designated departments for investigation.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers in computer database.
- Prepares documentations related to business transactions, as required.
- Processes Return Authorizations.
- Assists in pulling orders, if necessary.
- Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
- Reports all irregular issues and problems to supervisors for solution.
Pay:
$ $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
