Your responsibilities include:
- Training of new employees
- Ensuring quality of care
- Implementation of care concept and care philosophy
- Professional responsibility for structural, process, and outcome quality in accordance with legal requirements
- Regular review of care quality through nursing visits
- Regular review of documentation
- Planning and implementation of quality assurance measures
- Efficient planning and scheduling of services based on customer needs
- Care and advice for customers and their families
- Proper execution and documentation of nursing/care interventions according to current standards/expert standards/procedural instructions
- Ensuring customeroriented and economically appropriate care based on current nursing science knowledge
- Performing treatment and basic care according to nursing standards
