  • With its Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) business line, Crédit Agricole CIB is a leading international debt provider and ranks among the top players in the EMEA syndicated loan and bond league tables. We have a strong presence in Europe (Paris, London, Frankfurt, Milan, and Madrid), the USA (New York City), and Asia (Hong Kong and Sydney). Our CLF team is responsible for originating, structuring, and arranging debt financings for our corporate and private equity clients. We cover a wide range of transactions, from refinancings to eventdriven situations such as spinoffs and acquisitions. In addition, our CLF team also provides rating and capital structure advisory services to our clients, helping them optimize their capital structure and providing formal rating advice.
  • We are currently seeking a Director / Senior Originator Director for our growing German Corporate and Leveraged Finance Department (CLF) to focus on nonsponsored Corporate Loan Financings.

This role will have the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying potential transactions
  • Discussing potential transactions with clients and generating business ideas for corporate clients
  • Collaborating with other departments within the bank
  • Overseeing the execution of Corporate Loan Financing transactions
  • Preparing all internal credit documentation
  • Analyzing available information and conducting due diligence
  • Leading negotiations for legal documentation
  • Executing transactions syndicated to the market in collaboration with the distributed team
