HR Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team at the
Center for Child Development in Berlin Kreuzberg.


As a Social Pediatric Center and Children and Youth Outpatient Clinic, the Center for Child Development provides medical, therapeutic, educational, and social-pedagogical services for children and their families.

This includes interdisciplinary early intervention services.


Your responsibilities


As an HR Administrator at the Center for Child Development, you will play a central role in efficiently and effectively managing and organizing all personnel administrative tasks.

Your role will cover various HR areas and will be a crucial foundation for the smooth functioning of the team.


Key responsibilities:

Personnel administration: You will be responsible for independently handling all administrative processes in the HR department. This includes creating employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, organizing personnel-related measures, and supporting personnel controlling.

Onboarding and offboarding: You will accompany the entire process from hiring new employees to terminating employment contracts. This includes coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a smooth start and departure.

Contract management: You will create employment contracts, additional agreements, and work certificates, and maintain regular communication with the accounting department, management, and medical
