What You Will Do:
Participates in RFP responses and uses customer applications to generate and interpret dataApplies product knowledge to make recommendations to customersPerforms field tests and conducts troubleshooting on issues which require alternative courses of actionDemonstrates foundational knowledge of technical principles of productsSolves problems using set guidelines or procedures and can communicate well.
Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering3 years of oilfield chemistry experienceMust have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordImmigration sponsorship not offered for this role
Physical Demands:
Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.
Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field4+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experienceMust have a strong mechanical aptitudeWater treatment or specialty chemical industry experiencePractical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)
History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivationPrior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-taskAbout ChampionX:
