    Responsabilidades Chave:
    • Continua aprendendo, mantém-se atualizado e aplica conhecimentos e interpretação independentes sobre guias de design departamentais, padrões, sistemas, códigos de engenharia aplicáveis e políticas e procedimentos da Black and Veatch relativos às tarefas atribuídas

    Padrões de Engenharia:
    • Aplica consistentemente e de forma independente conhecimentos e cumpre o programa de qualidade da Black and Veatch em relação às tarefas atribuídas
    • Pode ser responsável por garantir a conformidade com o programa de qualidade da Black and Veatch
    • Fornece orientação e direção a outros do mesmo projeto e disciplina
    • Suporta esforços de melhoria contínua e gerenciamento de mudanças

    Produção de Engenharia:
    • Prepara uma variedade de entregáveis de engenharia complexos
    • Realiza pesquisas complexas e desenvolve recomendações para seleção de equipamentos e/ou materiais
    • Prepara cálculos de engenharia complexos seguindo métodos e princípios padrão
    • Gerencia o orçamento, cronograma e requisitos de qualidade atribuídos
    • Planeja e conduz a avaliação, seleção e adaptação independentes de técnicas, procedimentos e critérios de engenharia
    • Revisa trabalhos ou atribuições de engenharia de nível inferior
    • É responsável por uma ou mais das seguintes atividades: supervisão da coleta, assimilação e gerenciamento de dados para trabalhos de engenharia; liderança de equipes de produção menores; e atuar como responsável por um projeto

    Coordenação de Projetos:
    • Coordena ativamente com todos os demais membros internos/externos da equipe em projetos moderadamente complexos

    Foco no Cliente:
    • Responsável por auxiliar na identificação dos interesses e impulsionadores-chave do cliente em projetos menos complexos
    • Comunica os interesses e impulsionadores do cliente aos membros da equipe do projeto e desenvolve abordagens para acomodar essas preocupações na execução do trabalho em projetos menos complexos
    • Pode fornecer suporte a atividades de desenvolvimento de negócios ou de prospecção

    Compartilhamento de Conhecimento, Inovação e Tecnologia:
    • Reconhecido como um especialista técnico pela divisão, com conhecimento aprofundado de um processo de engenharia e/ou de aspectos técnicos de uma indústria
    • Projeta um projeto completo de escopo moderadamente complexo dentro de uma ou mais áreas práticas atribuídas

    Gestão de Pessoas - (supervisão, desenvolvimento de carreira, treinamento, mentoria):
    • Normalmente, auxilia no processo de gestão de desempenho, mentoria, reconhecimento e quaisquer ações corretivas necessárias

    Qualificações Desejadas:

    Qualificações Mínimas:
    • Requer diploma de bacharel em engenharia de um programa reconhecido e credenciado em seu país de origem ou no país em que o profissional está atuando
    • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência de trabalho relacionada
    • Todos os candidatos devem ser capazes de concluir os requisitos de integração pré-emprego (se selecionados), que podem incluir todos os seguintes: verificação de antecedentes criminais/cíveis, exame toxicológico e busca de registros de veículos automotores, em conformidade com quaisquer leis e regulamentos aplicáveis
