    About the Job

    We are currently looking for a skilled Lead Engineer specializing in underground transmission line projects. As a Lead Engineer, you will be in charge of overseeing technical aspects, including design and installation methods. Join our team and take on the challenge of managing projects and interacting with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Mentorship of junior engineers will also be a key part of this role.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Function as a technical lead engineer on underground transmission line projects.
    • Perform design focusing on trenchless installation methods.
    • Participate in management meetings for effective project scheduling and resource planning.
    • Directly engage with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure quality assurance and mentor junior engineers.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PE License.
    • Experience in underground utility design and standards.
    • High voltage design background.
    • Quality assurance of transmission design projects.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Drive for results and priority setting abilities.
    • Effective planning, delegation, and team leadership.
    • Proficiency in conflict management and ambiguity handling.
    • Knowledge of engineering design principles and relevant standards.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug screening as per regulations.
