This is what you can achieve with us:
In this role, you will work in our finance department. Here, you can actively support us in converting completed projects from our sales department into flawless invoices.

You can look forward to the following tasks:

  • You independently create project and license invoices for customerspecific software based on existing orders, in consultation with internal departments (product management, sales, etc.)
  • You send the resulting invoices to our global customers in Germany, Europe, and nonEuropean countries
  • You are the contact person for our international customers regarding invoice inquiries and conduct account reconciliations in coordination with customers and the sales department
  • You are responsible for the ongoing processing and maintenance of our customer accounts, keeping an eye on different billing intervals, incoming payments, and the dunning process
  • You actively contribute to projects for organizing, digitizing, and automating processes in (accounts) receivable accounting
