To strengthen our management team in the production department, we are looking for a dedicated and confident Shift Manager / Department Manager Production (m/f/d) in the greater Osnabrück area.
RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN TASKS * Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quantity and quality * Leading the team of employees * Good cooperation with team leaders and interface functions such as product development, engineering, and quality assurance * Controlling and optimizing the operational use of personnel and materials * Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, especially in the areas of quality, hygiene, and occupational safety * Analyzing and optimizing processes and teamwork QUALIFICATIONS
