    Description

    The HR Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role within the HR team, dedicated to providing exceptional support across various HR functions. This individual will enhance our HR Operations team's effectiveness by ensuring seamless Talent Acquisition processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance adherence, all while delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
    You will report to Senior Manager, HR Operations.

    Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.

    Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Talent Acquisition: Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient interview scheduling, processing hires in Workday, and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
    • I-9 Compliance: Overseeing the review and audit of I-9 forms to ensure adherence to DHS regulations.
    • Benefits & Compensation: Managing benefits programs such as service anniversaries, retirement awards, and tuition reimbursement.
    • Employee Relations, Legal, Litigation Support: Handling sensitive employee files for litigation holds and discovery documents, including necessary redactions.
    • Talent Development: Coordinate class enrollments, logistics, and communications for employee learning opportunities.
    • HR Sponsored Events: Assisting with the organization of company-sponsored events.
    • Ensure accurate data delivery through transactions in various systems and data entry.
    • Participate in project team as needed to support initiatives.
    • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care and ensure awareness of and compliance with employment regulations and laws.
    • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking system.
    • Professional experience in a fast-paced business setting.
    • Previous experience in a HR space.
    • 1+ years of demonstrated experience working with or supporting a Human Resources function, recruitment team, and/or HR Operations processes in a growing company.
    • Demonstrated ability to be well-organized and build relationships and effectively. Connect with others within the HR team and other departments.
    • Responsive resource for employees and leaders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
