Traditions, LLC is a growing service-based company with clients around the state of Wisconsin. We are looking for a Field Operations/Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

This position's primary function is to create and manage the field schedule for our two lighting divisions:
holiday lighting and landscape lighting.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and on a team.

This is a coordinator role that reports directly to the upper management team.


Responsibilities:

• Resource for the field staff to answer questions about scheduling and project logistics
• Create and update the field schedule for all divisions
• Communicate the field schedule with clients
• Assist in weekly production meetings
• Complete multiple production reports as required
• Execute ordering of projectspecific material
• Execute ordering of non projectspecific supplies
• Inventory management in company CRM
• Completion of daily project documentation tasks
• Enforcement of Scope documentation by field teams
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor on scheduling vehicle and equipment maintenance
• All other assigned duties

Other Requirements & Standards:

• Carry and utilize a company cell phone
• Leadership & management training as required by Management Team

• Must have a reliable source of transportation to and from work

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
