- Assist with facility projects across the region, ensuring maintenance and repairs are done within budget.
- Maintain regulatory documentation for the region, including security access and pest control.
- Support facilities/asset management by managing repairs, relationships with vendors, and updating systems.
- Coordinate and train volunteers for transactional work and assist in events planning.
- Provide guidance for grant reporting, prepare internal reports, and manage regional operations SOPs.
- Offer IT services support and troubleshoot issues.
- Education: High School or equivalent required; Associate's degree in relevant fields preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of financial or facilities administrative support experience required.
- Management Experience: NA
- Skills & Abilities: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- Travel: Required within and outside the region.
- Physical Requirements: Mobility, ability to lift weights, good hand-eye coordination.
- Work Conditions: May involve exposure to hazards, travel, and occasional evening/weekend work.
