    Buckner Retirement Services Community: Ventana by Buckner
    Location: Dallas, TX - Onsite
    Address: 8301 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75225
    Shift: 3 PM - 8/9 PM
    Job Schedule: Full-time

    We're on the lookout for Bartenders to join our team committed to providing exceptional service to our residents. As a Bartender, you will make a difference in the lives of senior adults by serving our members in the Dining area and Sky Lounge. Come be a part of our team and spread joy in the lives of others.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prepare beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, for members following set guidelines and procedures.
    • Engage with members, take orders, and serve drinks/snacks.
    • Understand customers' needs and preferences, offering recommendations.
    • Mix ingredients to craft cocktails.
    • Develop and present bar menu.
    • Replenish bar inventory and supplies.
    • Focus on providing a great experience for our members.
    • Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.

    What You'll Bring:

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Current TABC Certification.
    • Preferably one-year experience in a related role, or relevant formal education/training from Buckner.
    • Knowledge of bartending, food safety, and sequence of service.
    • A welcoming demeanor and a compassionate attitude.
