    **What we offer:**

    We are looking for a friendly Bartender to join us on our journey to food enlightenment.

    **What youll do:**

    Welcome and greet all guests in our Lounge, making them comfortable and letting them know youre there to personally take care of them

    Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely manner

    Provide spirited and informed hospitality while building strong guest relationships

    Answer questions about our food and beverages

    Circulate through the assigned bar/lounge area on a continuous basis to provide superior guest service

    Deliver drink orders according to FRC guidelines to each guest and in a timely and efficient manner

    Maintain cash bank and follow established cash handling procedures

    Follow and practice all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations

    Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of all guests

    Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required

    Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean section at all times, free from dirty glassware, plastic cups, beer bottles

    Polish all glasses

    Clean and maintain reach-in coolers and fixtures in bar area
