Job Description


As a Customer Entry Employee (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for customers when they visit our wholesale store.


  • Customer Service: You are responsible for creating new shopping authorizations, processing credits, changing customer data, and handling complaints.
  • Customer Support: Whether during peak hours or just before closing time, you always have an open ear for our customers' concerns.
Qualifications

  • Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale merchant (m/f/d) or retail salesperson (m/f/d).
  • Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you already have some experience in a similar position and are proficient in MS Office.
  • Customer Orientation: You enjoy direct customer contact and are always friendly and helpful towards our customers.
