The Nova Vita Residenz offers resident-oriented care and support, allowing individuals to live independently and individually.

We are currently seeking a team member for our facility in Essen, TN for the department of
Facility Management.

Your new workplace is centrally located in the southern district of Essen.

Job Requirements

Your responsibilities in our Facility Management department:

  • Regular inspection of building and technical facilities
  • Planning of regular maintenance by external companies
  • Monitoring of swimming pool technology
  • Apartment handover and acceptance
  • Commissioning and coordination of external companies
  • Independent execution of minor repairs in the building and resident apartments
