Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services work in partnership to provide permanent supportive housing to individuals and families who have experienced homelessness in King County. We believe that everyone deserves a safe, decent, affordable place to call home. People experiencing homelessness come to us with complex histories; it takes a highly collaborative, creative team to help end the cycle of homelessness permanently. Grounded in this philosophy, the CCS Program Director provides leadership and vision to a multi-disciplinary cross-agency team that works together to creatively support each individual or family in our housing.

Our senior men's housing programs offer permanent supportive housing programs to formerly homeless men, age 55 and older, in single-room occupancy unit at two program sites in Seattle. Both programs offer on-site case management services, 24/7 staffing, and a no-cost meal program. As Housing First/Harm Reduction programs, residents are not required to be clean and sober; some residents live with untreated mental health issues, substance use/abuse, and histories of trauma.

St. Martin's on Westlake (aka Westlake Apartments) offers 53 units of permanent supportive housing in downtown Seattle.

Frederic Ozanam House offers 56 units of permanent supportive housing in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle.
